Corporate Social Responsibility, is to Aiva a philosophy of business defined by commitment to everyone related to it, through ties of respect for their values and ethical principles, the people, their communities and the environment.
We are responsible before the communities in which we live and work, through the constant application of business principles that consider their social, environmental and economic consequences.
Seven years ago, Aiva created a CSR committee, its function is to evaluate the possibilities of action, propose new ideas and convey them to all members of the staff, so that together we can achieve the goals we set out.
Los Treboles Educational Centre
Los Treboles is an educational community located in the Flor de Maroñas neighbourhood in Montevideo, Uruguay. Children, teenagers, parents, teachers, volunteers, collaborators, the board of directors and the institutions that guarantee it are part of this educational centre.
The centre aims to bring new opportunities to the children and their families born in the neighbourhood, through educational professional support.
Our staff participated in multiple campaigns for the centre, granting office and school furniture, paint for their facilities, school supplies and also toys for children's day. In each of these instances our staff was present at the centre to provide support.
Over the years, Aiva has collaborated with various organizations in the winter seasons providing them with outerwear, bed and bath to the Maciel and Pereira Rossell hospitals and at the same time, providing support to campaigns sponsored by Zonamerica.
Aiva gathers all the paper used and disused and sends it to the Repapel NGO. They destroy it and use the remains to recycle and create notebooks, toilet paper, and more materials to donate to schools or centres that may need it.
Aiva is very proud to be part of the Telethon Foundation. In 2018, we have pledged as sponsor this noble cause, making an important donation to help thousands of children in their treatments and rehabilitations.
This institution is present in several Latin American countries, with the aim of recovering children from an early age. We invite everyone to be part of this great foundation!
Aiva is also characterized for being available to their employees and the community, receiving external causes and proposing initiatives for them; in addition to adhering to traditional campaigns such as the McHappy Day.
