Individual documents are initially scanned as part of our policy in Back Office Logistics, circulating through the correspondent operational processes in digital form. Securing and facilitating management of high volume documentation, this feature also enables our platform to provide online copies of all documents to clients, financial advisers and carriers.

Subject to outsourcing agreements scopes with individual carriers, these files are available to be incorporated in real time to processes taking place at a carrier level, saving time & resources. Delivery is performed through our Extranet, FTP Servers or other communication channels. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are established between platforms for enhanced security.
