Policy Servicing is formed by a variety of processes originated in individual queries or other areas such as New Business / Premium Collection.

The policy servicing process has three main priorities:

Compliance with in-force regulations, determined either by carriers or regulators.
Providing a professional and customized service to broker networks and clients.
Timely performance of required transactions.

Different combinations of carrier resources with our service platform cover the full range of tasks involved in reception and issuing of new business, including (but not limited to):

Account maintenance.
Administration of all account maintenance transactions.
Fund switches within active investment accounts.
Withdrawals, surrenders, partial surrenders queries processing.
Printing of all account / policy documentation including annual statements.
New business and premium collection derived transactions.
