Operations

Our Operations Department is formed by independent multitask operational teams, individually assigned to a specific group of regional markets. Tasks performed by each team include : New Business Processing, Premium Collection and Policy Servicing.

The regional segmentation of operational teams provides a customized service to a limited group of broker networks, contemplating regional regulations, local language and other market requirements.

Operational teams and send both queries and transaction orders in bulk files to the different carriers or strategic partners. This process is inverted to receive queries or transaction details from carriers and forwarded to broker networks. All information related to these processes is available in real time to carriers and broker networks through our TotalProvider platform
