ENDEAVOR Uruguay


ENDEAVOR Uruguay (Non-profit organization, whose purpose is to change the emerging market economies by identifying and supporting entrepreneurs - www.endeavor.com.uy) held its 11th international conference with the participation of lecturers and entrepreneurs from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.

The conference was structured based on two panels in the morning, ideas consulting office and workshops during the afternoon. The idea was that in each of the activities, the panellists would present their view of the business world, share their energy, their stories, their mistakes, how they overcame them and much more. Ma. Noel Ache, Vice-President of Aiva, was invited by Endeavor to transmit her own experience in the business world, and so she gave a speech called “Challenges” in this important international event.

During the gala dinner, the 2007 year awards were given: The Mentor of the year, the Workshop of the year and The Entrepreneur of the year. M. Noel Ache, Vice-President of Aiva and Federico Cella, Director of Aiva, were chosen as the ENTREPRENEURS OF THE YEAR for Endeavor’s international program.
