Multi-Layer Approach
Among the most important requirements in terms of broker networks servicing
, is the Multi-Layer feature. What is this? Multi-Layer is the term we assigned to the most common broker network structure, in which you can find several agents gathered in a higher ranked general agency, or master general agency, depending on the terminology used by different product providers. The architecture of these structures is
very similar to the general concept of an organizational chart
.
So how is this feature so important? The relevance of this feature relies on the need that the higher layers of a brokerage network have in terms of
servicing their respective underlying agents, agencies or clients
.
Our service platform was not only designed to provide a high end solution to the individual broker on a variety of products (
Multi-Carrier & Multi-Product Feature
), but also, to compile data into each layer of complex distribution networks, allowing each individual or organization, to service all its underlying brokers and clients, without any limitation (
Multi-Layer Feature
).
Example of the Multi-Layer Feature
01)
Commission Statements
: While only the correspondent commission is calculated for the client-end agent according to Broker Administration settings, commission margins are also displayed for the higher ranked agencies linked to the same commission. These margins are calculated by determining the difference in settings for each layer of this specific brokerage network.
02) In this example, you can perceive how only the right information is displayed to the right user, while at the same time, maintaining the level standard at the highest level at all times, for all layers.
03) The same engine that would be used to calculate the figures mentioned in this example, could deal with multiple type of commissions such as: initial commissions, renewal commissions, fund based commissions, trail fees, special allowances, etc. This is part of the
flexibility required to enable the Multi-Product feature for each servicing module
