Documentation Management is a key component of our Back Office Logistics Services, enabling carriers to delegate printing, handling and forwarding of high volume documentation to clients and brokers, such as:

Notification letters
Arrear letters
Receipts
Claim Management docs

Through different alternatives in terms on technological setup, carriers can interact with our platformas part of their own structure. For fully outsourced platforms, these processes are originated in-house.

These setups include:


Batch files through FTP servers
Off-site network printers
Web Services queries through Service Oriented Applications (SOA)
Other setups may be investigated

Note: Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are established between platforms for enhanced security.

Digital formats of printed documentation are automatically generated and linked to individual accounts for online delivery to client and brokers. After printed, documentation is enveloped and forwarded to destination through our Courier Management Unit.
